Today I leave
Bereaved
but relieved
I can't wait to experience
what I'm about to endure
I'm sure
its exactly
what I won't be expecting
resurrecting the traveller
who's been dormant inside
he tried hiding for so long
but now is the time
to walk over and climb
the landscape across
the country I haven't yet met
no regrets
just a chance to make up
for lost time
to design the being I have been evolving into
begin to, anyways
