Toronto Roadtrip with Jimmy!

So Jimmy and I took a roadtrip to Toronto, went to the CN Tower, went up it and my knees were shaky at first but then settled. What a fantastic city Toronto is....so amazing to be right on the Ontario lake (that looks like the ocean) made me feel right at home.

Tim Hortons, Rheo Thompson, and Puerto Vallarta!!

Ok so lastnight I went on a 'Fieldtrip' with my work (tim hortons) to one of the camps (Onondaga Farms) that they send less fortunate kids to thru the tim hortons foundations. It was like a resort!...400a cre's 4000 kids a year attend and their cabins are like hotel rooms...well almost.

We got the full tour, learned a lot about the owners and contributors, got fed, and got to go on a hayride! I met this cute kid 'Joey' and his sister Brooke, Joey was my lil tour buddy. This is us on the hayride and in the camp.

We played the spelling game, he was 6 so I did most of the spelling but I think I taught him how to spell my name...so not a total loss. haha. He kept asking me how to spell the 'B' word so I said of course 'Bunny' 'Butter' 'Book' but he was waiting for THE 'B' WORD! Its was a great time.

Then today I went with the Stratford Kinsmen on a 'Mystery Tour' which is something they do a couple times a year, where they all meet and the head plans a trip to somewhere unamed and we all just follow and usually there is alcohol involved. Tonite we went to Rheo Thompson Chocolate factory
and learned how they are made...very cool stuff. Then we all went to 'Let Them Have Cake' a restaurant in Stratford and ate and drank and talked about upcoming events like the comedy show next saturday, put on by....yep...you guessed it 'Yuk Yuk's' Its amazing how small this world can be....so I feel right at home and I am going to sign up for Kinsmen at the next meeting.

Then I came home and found out where we (Al and I)are staying in Puerto Vallarta.. and all I have to say is....FEAST YOUR EYES ON THIS SHIT!! All inclusive 1 week trip, I leave 2 weeks tomorrow!

send me ur mailing addresses and I'll send postcards!

Love Y'all

Me and Chanty at work...

Out Of Hibernation!

Well, Hello.

So I've been working my ass of for the last few weeks (hence the lack of blogs) I am working f/t at Tim Hortons as a baker, and p/t at blockbuster. I love both of my jobs, I had forgotten how much fun it is to work in these kinds of jobs.
Block buster is great just really slack-ass job, Tim Hortons is really awesome, I work with like 40 other people at different times, the weekends are insane cuz alkl the kids from the highschool have weekend jobs at tim hortons and flood the place. But I love the energy! I've got a great relationship on the bound with my manager, she's hilarious, her name is Sue and she's from london. Its mostly girls I work with but there are a few young highschool guys that are pretty cool tho...like Luke...

who has the deepest friggin voice I've ever heard, really throws you off when he talks. Chantelle is great, Brittany is the shit Rhiannon is hilarious this is her halloween costume.

and we all dressed up as cowboys for work on halloween...it was a riot!

Oh and one of the girls brought her son Coby who was dressed as spiderman and I was teaching him how to shoot webs...lol

Other than that I've been getting back into the gym which is nice, and getting to know the town. Been to kitchener and London a few times, went out last saturday with some girls from work.....it was a blast!

but i gotta run so I'll post more later

love and miss you guys!!
Muah!
